The Launchpad comprises of four key elements: three rounds of applications; a Supplier Showcase event delivered by Cambridge Wireless; a set of business support activities from our corporate partners; and an Investor Day to be delivered next month.
Ahead of the Investor Day, we’re running a series of blog posts to give you an insight into each of the winners, who will be pitching their startup at the event.
First up is a project from Product Health who are aiming to create longer and healthier lives for powered products through the remote monitoring of batteries. They want to use an algorithm which can predict when batteries will fail and offer this as part of a set of analytics tools within their application programme interface.
Here is what the Product Health team had to say on their potentially groundbreaking IoT innovation:
“Product Health sells actionable intelligence on batteries as a low-cost service. We offer an end-to-end smart, connected battery solution, which means that your batteries can send data about themselves. Access to battery intelligence means you can know how your batteries are being used and how they are performing. You can pre-empt when a batteries needs maintenance, replacing or upgrading, ahead of your customers knowing this.”
